LECS Chaplains receive additional training and information during the required monthly Advanced Chaplain Training (ACT) meetings, annual one-on-one meetings, and through on the job training alongside seasoned Chaplains working as mentors. Additional training classes offered periodically throughout the year provide opportunities for Chaplains to advance their skills. These additional resources are available through LECS:
