SPONSOR- A-CHAPLAIN PROGRAM

You can invest in a life and impact the future by helping prepare a Chaplain, who will be helping Others, who have experienced tragedies and crisis by participating in TEAM LECS PARTNER’S “Sponsor-A Chaplain” Program.

It is not often in life we have an opportunity to personally affect someone’s future for good.  But we’d like to give you that opportunity by asking you to consider providing Scholarship Assistance to a Chaplain in the LECS Chaplain Academy.

LECS Chaplain Academy is a unique, two-year academic and field training school and ministry.  The Chaplains are called to this crisis ministry which train them to help, not harm, people who are devastated, broken, and traumatized.  They learn how to help people process the Crisis and move towards a “new” normal.

The two-year tuition is $7,500.00 for class room instruction, field training, uniforms, “go bag”, Background check, training materials.  Since our Chaplains sacrifice time away from family, emotional risks when helping hurting people, and 24-7-365 round the clock trauma response, a scholarship program has been instituted.

Our focus is to train Chaplains to use their faith in practical theology;

“Ministry of presence” - be there,

“Ministry of purpose” - do so,

“Ministry of peace” - being contagious with “HOPE”,

“Ministry of permission” - be ready in and out of season to answer   questions about their faith.

Because of our relationship with the overall Law Enforcement Community Services offered both locally and globally, Chaplains are able to get insight into many areas of ministry.  There are some Ministries that have required all their potential Chaplains and Trauma Responders to successfully complete the LECS Chaplains Academy as a prerequisite for their programs.

Fifty percent (50%) of all the money the Chaplain raises goes towards toward their tuition and the other 50% goes to support LECS “free” services to law enforcement families and the community schools, neighborhoods, and businesses.

Will you consider supplying needed scholarships by pledging a gift each month for the next two years under our Sponsor-A-Chaplain Program?  Enclosed is a response from for you to see if you will back our efforts to give training and direct the Chaplains who truly want to serve others.

 Your investment will pay dividends now in the direction-setting training the Chaplains receive, but also in the lives they will be able to touch in future year because of this training.  Help us help them impact our world.

Please contact our Office, if you have any questions or need any other information.

Your participate is vital to the Chaplains.  We welcome and need your financial support!

Brining Hope to Our Hurting Community,
